Joomla has just recently released their version 3.0 software which is built to be fully 'responsive' based on twitter bootstrap. What 'responsive' means, is that you don't have to build separate mobile websites anymore. A responsive website will automatically adjust the website, imagery, and text to fit the screen size of the device that you are viewing your website on.
